Order cancellation
If you need to cancel an order before it is dispatched, use our contact form as soon as possible with your order number. We will try to stop fulfilment, but dispatch may begin quickly and it may not be possible to intercept a parcel already shipped.
Your statutory cancellation rights
For most online orders delivered to UK consumers, the law also gives you the right to cancel for any reason within 14 days after the day you receive your goods, even if the order has already been dispatched. You normally have a further 14 days to return goods after telling us you wish to cancel. Statutory exceptions apply to some goods, including certain sealed hygiene products once unsealed.
Any wording such as 'final sale' or supplier-specific restrictions does not override mandatory cancellation rights or your rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for the return process and refund information.
Other countries may provide mandatory cancellation rights under local law, which also continue to apply.
